Nobody has been able to explain why they moved forward with the installation, so my conclusion is that it resulted from ADT’s inability to communicate with their sales force and technicians keep in mind that the technician that came out to service garage door 1 wasn’t aware of this situation, while the technician that serviced garage door 2 DID know.
